Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized client consultations and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and store appeal
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store-wide goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Actively participate in daily sales huddles and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience with proven sales track record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with natural sales aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic inventory software
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury retail standards
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
