Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product demonstrations and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales achievement by meeting/exceeding daily and monthly targets
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and stockrooms
- Actively participate in product knowledge sessions to stay current on offerings
- Identify and report customer feedback or operational opportunities to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail or customer-facing sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays flexibly
- Strong attention to detail with cash handling accuracy
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale technology and retail software
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for off-site events)
