- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, inventory, and current promotions to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and foster a positive team culture.
- Feedback Collection: Communicate customer feedback and market trends to management to help improve our offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional experience in sales or retail is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a friendly and professional demeanor.
