Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities in real-time
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly performance reviews
- Maintain deep product knowledge to consultatively address client needs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Residency in Virginia Beach or willingness to relocate
