Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Sales Performance: Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and achieve daily personal targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow associates and store management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Assist in restocking inventory and organizing displays to attract customer attention.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We provide all necessary training.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
