Responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs and answer product-related questions.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
- Learn and demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and promotions.
- Engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the store manager to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 25 lbs.
