Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to answer customer inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using our POS system.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate add-ons or upsells to maximize sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
