- Customer Service: Assist customers with selections, processing transactions, and ensuring 100% satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Feedback: Share customer insights and suggestions with management to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required. We value potential and attitude over history.
