Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, log interactions, and update customer records accurately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service transitions.

Qualifications
