Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Research and identify new business opportunities within the target market.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and redirect to sales channels when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and financial growth.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
