Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs and inquiries.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash, credit, and gift cards.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain a visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory audits as required.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift.
- Handle returns and exchanges efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and nightly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math and computer proficiency.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
