Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients.
- Close sales over the phone and in-person with a focus on retention and expansion.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system regarding client interactions and activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Outside Sales or Telecommunications Sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively during night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Reliable transportation for local travel to client meetings.
