Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, restock merchandise, and alert management to reorder needs.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
