Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage customers, recommend products, and close sales to meet and exceed daily/weekly targets.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers warmly, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with company standards.
