Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best products and services to meet those needs.
- Customer Excellence: Provide a world-class shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and fellow associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all product lines, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and loss prevention initiatives.
- Relationship Building: Build a loyal customer base through follow-up communications and exceptional service.
- Daily Reporting: Accurately record sales transactions and customer feedback in the point-of-sale system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Sales Drive: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a competitive spirit.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable using POS systems, tablets, and basic computer applications.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
