Responsibilities
- Engage with incoming and outbound customer inquiries to drive sales and retain clients.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving issues.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or similar).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy.
