Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: actively engage with customers to identify needs and close sales transactions efficiently during night hours.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to offer informed recommendations.
- Inventory Management: Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the night management team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process payments accurately and handle returns or exchanges according to company policy.
Qualifications
