Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and manage inbound leads during the night shift.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and effectively present our premium solutions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best products/services to meet those needs.
- Close sales and process orders efficiently using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all interactions accurately and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to refine strategies and maximize team performance.
Qualifications
- Previous sales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required (We train the right attitude).
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a competitive drive.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection with resilience.
