Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and emails during the night shift.
- Present product and service information clearly and persuasively to close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Process sales orders accurately and enter data into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless customer service transitions.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
