Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate high-quality sales leads.
- Closing: Utilize consultative selling techniques to convert prospects into paying customers.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce and our internal database.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales manager and support team to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C sales (Call center experience is a plus).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM EST).
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the shift.
- Tools: Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
