Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to convert prospects into loyal customers.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and handle inbound inquiries with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within the company CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and competitive market analysis.
- Adhere to all company policies and compliance regulations during customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, friendly demeanor.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and hit aggressive sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (typically 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM software quickly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
