Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through inbound and outbound communication channels.

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Document customer feedback and market trends to assist in business strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
