Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities within the Chicago market.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-value prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and repeat sales.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately track interactions and manage customer data.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Participate in nightly sales huddles and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably with commission-based roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation to achieve individual and team goals.
- Proficiency in using computers, email, and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
