Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound sales calls and emails during the night shift.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
- Close sales and process orders efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to update customer records and track sales pipeline progress.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work effectively during night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with computer applications and CRM software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
