Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone and email to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Process sales orders and handle returns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer profiles, and monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and inventory management.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain a high retention rate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with data entry.
