Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and book qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Present products and services to potential customers, overcoming objections effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and resilience.
