Responsibilities

- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory records
- Visual merchandising and store presentation during overnight operations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professional problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with overnight staff to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Execute floor replenishment and stockroom organization procedures
- Participate in product knowledge training and brand certification programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury retail or high-volume sales experience
- Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales KPIs in commission-based environments
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse clientele
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management and transaction processing
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
