Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, assisting with product inquiries and purchases
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness throughout the night
- Monitor security protocols and ensure safe store environment during closing hours
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including cash handling and reconciliation
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Train on new products and promotions to drive night-shift sales
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts (typically 6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Team player with problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
