Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Initiate outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify high-value leads.
- Client Relations: Conduct product presentations and demos to explain value propositions to prospective clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and finalize sales agreements to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, customer service, or business development (1-2 years preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict KPIs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
