Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers, identify needs, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by educating clients on products and ensuring a positive, seamless shopping journey.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store standards, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and clean.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to execute store strategies and support operational goals.
- Administrative Duties: Process transactions accurately, manage inventory counts, and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
