Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting new arrivals, promotions, and company loyalty programs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
