Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and present our premium products/services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with local clients and community members to ensure repeat business.
- Market Expansion: Utilize local market knowledge to identify new sales leads and expand our footprint in the South Florida area.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate and persuasive demonstrations.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory levels, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve collective sales targets and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or direct sales is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Miami, FL area and the ability to network within the local community.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who is motivated by targets, commission structures, and performance metrics.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher in Business or Marketing is a plus.
