Responsibilities
- Exceed monthly sales targets through personalized client consultations and product knowledge
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships using CRM systems
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance in-store appeal
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Collaborate with team to achieve departmental KPIs
- Participate in seasonal promotions and product launches
- Provide product training to new associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience in luxury/premium segments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify)
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license required for store transfers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
