Responsibilities
- Engage with customers warmly to identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Drive store sales targets and exceed monthly KPIs through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Collaborate closely with the store management team to execute marketing initiatives and special promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and seasonal resets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak persuasively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
