Responsibilities
- Proactively generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present tailored product demonstrations to potential clients across Charlotte and Virginia
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call volume
- Nurture client relationships through consultative selling and post-sale follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to refine product knowledge and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with persuasive closing ability
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings (Virginia market)
- Authorization to work in the United States
