- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, and store policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company uniform standards.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and willingness to learn over experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
