Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- Present products or services to potential customers and explain features/benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of sales success (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
