Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer engagement and product knowledge
- Meet and exceed daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay current on offerings

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and CRM tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
