- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute high-volume prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present our value proposition, and close sales deals effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly sales quotas to contribute to team goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to earn top commissions.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
