- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon entry, providing a world-class service experience.
- Drive sales and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets through effective product demonstration and upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems while maintaining high standards of cash handling.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide goals and support operational activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs dictate.
