Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet every customer with a smile and assess their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Performance: Drive store revenue by actively selling our premium product line and achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions to answer customer questions accurately.
- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, restocking shelves, and keeping the sales floor organized and inviting.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of retail sales experience preferred; enthusiastic beginners with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by business volume.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and build rapport quickly.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor freely.
- License: Valid Driver's License is preferred but not mandatory.
