Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Sales Execution: Present products and services effectively, handling objections and closing sales to meet monthly quotas.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and support teams to align on sales goals and campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive are also encouraged to apply).
- Goal-Oriented: A self-starter who is motivated by hitting targets and exceeding performance expectations.
- CRM Proficiency: Basic familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
