Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that match their requirements.
- Meet Targets: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
