Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products/services to maximize sales.
- Closing: Actively pursue leads, negotiate terms, and close transactions to meet daily and monthly sales quotas.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve collective sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles (experience preferred, but training provided for high-potential candidates).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Work Ethic: A high level of motivation, a competitive spirit, and the ability to work independently.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by business needs.
