Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their goals.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring the sales floor is organized, clean, and inviting.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and visual merchandising to maximize product visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
