Responsibilities
- Initiate and execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Conduct needs analysis and professional product presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce) to track interactions and forecast revenue.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle rejection with resilience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
