Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging product presentations and sales demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close sales to ensure maximum conversion rates.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, tracking all leads, interactions, and sales progress.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a strong plus.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site from our San Diego, CA headquarters.
