Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized sales consultations to clients, aligning product solutions with their needs
- Consistently achieve/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an inviting shopping environment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in retail sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
