Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth through personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Build client relationships through follow-ups and loyalty program engagement
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visually appealing store displays
- Track inventory and report stock discrepancies to management
- Participate in product training to stay updated on new launches
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license for occasional store transfers (NY role)
