Responsibilities
- Exceed daily sales targets through personalized customer engagement and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and mobile transactions
- Manage inventory reconciliation and stock replenishment during overnight shifts
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product expertise

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred for occasional supply runs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
